ANKARA (AA) – Turkish midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu was named the player of month for December by Inter Milan fans, the Italian club announced on Friday.
Calhanoglu produced four goals and two assists in his five appearances in the Serie A in December last year.
He has scored six goals in 21 appearances in the Italian league so far this season.
Inter Milan lay atop of the Serie A standings with 49 points.
