ISTANBUL (AA) – A Palestinian toddler succumbed to her injuries on Saturday evening due to Israeli army gunfire south of the West Bank city of Jenin, the Palestinian Health Ministry said.
The ministry, in a brief statement, identified the girl as Laila al-Khatib, 2 1/2 years old, who was shot in the village of Muthalath al-Shuhada, south of the city of Jenin.
