ROME (AA) - Former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi is in intensive care at Milan’s San Raffaele hospital for some respiratory problems, Italian news agency ANSA reported on Wednesday.
The billionaire media mogul and three-time premier had just been discharged from the same hospital last week.
A Berlusconi’s spokesman was not immediately reachable for a comment.
Berlusconi, 86, had several health problems in the past few years, including a heart attack that his doctor said could have killed him in 2016, and emergency bowel surgery in 2019.
In 2020 he suffered from some complications linked to a COVID-19 infection, which he said was “the worst experience” of his life.
