ISTANBUL (AA) – On his first official visit to Kazakhstan, Sierra Leone’s Foreign Minister Timothy Musa Kabba on Tuesday met with Kazakh Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Murat Nurtleu in the capital Astana to discuss deepening bilateral cooperation,

The two top diplomats addressed key areas of collaboration in politics, the economy, and cultural-humanitarian affairs, with both sides emphasizing the importance of strengthening mutual ties according to Kazakhstan’s Foreign Ministry.

They expressed a commitment to enhancing the legal framework between the two nations and expanding mutual visits at multiple levels.

The visit marks the first high-level diplomatic engagement between the countries, reflecting growing interest in fostering long-term strategic cooperation.
