RAMALLAH, Palestine (AA) - A Palestinian girl succumbed to her injuries on Friday after being shot by Israeli soldiers one day earlier, according to Israeli media reports.
“Noef Infiaat, a 16-year-old Palestinian girl from the village of Yaabed near the West Bank city of Jenin, succumbed to her injuries on Friday at the Hillel Yaffe Medical Center,” the center said in a statement.
Infiaat was shot and injured on Thursday after allegedly stabbing -- and lightly wounding -- an Israeli soldier near the Mevo Dotan settlement in the northern West Bank.
