RAMALLAH, Palestine (AA) - Palestinians on Tuesday won back a building from Jewish settlers after a 14-year-long legal fight in the occupied West Bank city of Hebron (Al-Khalil), according to an official.
An Israeli court ruled the building shall be emptied of Jewish settlers, who usurped the three-story apartments belonging to Palestinians in 2005, Emar Hamdan, head of Al-Khalil reconstruction committee, told Anadolu Agency.
Hamdan said the court ordered settlers to leave the building in 45 days.
The decision could be appealed.
