AGRI, Turkey (AA) - A civilian was wounded in a PKK bomb attack in Turkey’s eastern Agri province Wednesday, a security official said.
The incident took place when terrorists detonated the bomb on the road in Dogubayazit district of Agri, injuring one person, the official, who asked not to be named due to restrictions on talking to the media, told Anadolu Agency.
A search operation in the region was launched following the attack, he added.
In southwestern Mugla province, Turkish security forces arrested four PKK terrorists and their three collaborators during searches at a check point.
Joint operation with Gendarmerie and anti-terror branch of Mugla's Police Directorate continued in the region.
