ANKARA (AA) - At least four family members including a child were killed on Sunday after PKK/PYD terrorists carried out two artillery attacks on civilians in Syria’s northwestern province of Aleppo bordering Turkey, the Turkish military said.
The incident in Marea town left twenty others wounded, a statement said, adding four of them were heavily injured.
The injured civilians were rushed to the state hospital in Turkey’s southern Kilis province.
Turkey considers the PKK/PYD to be the Syrian offshoot of the PKK, a designated terrorist organization in Turkey, the U.S. and EU.
