ISTANBUL (AA) - Qatari air defenses intercepted another missile above Doha early Sunday, Al Jazeera reported, amid an escalation between the US, Israel and Iran.
Qatar said earlier that 65 ballistic missiles and 12 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) were intercepted during an Iranian strike targeting the US-operated Al-Udeid military base, leaving eight people injured.
The Defense Ministry confirmed that two ballistic missiles struck the base, while a UAV targeted an early warning radar installation. Officials said there were no fatalities.
