AS Roma beat Lazio 2-0 in an Italian Serie A week 19 derby Sunday.
Italian midfielder Lorenzo Pellegrini drew first blood for Roma in the 10th minute at Stadio Olimpico.
Belgian winger Alexis Saelemaekers made it 2-0 just eight minutes later.
Lazio's Argentine forward Valentín Castellanos was sent off with a red card in the 95th minute.
Lazio are in fourth spot with 35 points while Roma are in 10th spot with 23 points in the standings.
