MOSCOW (AA) - Thirty children held in Iraqi prisons together with their Daesh-member parents have been flown back to Russia, Russia's children's rights watchdog said Monday.
A charter flight from Baghdad carrying 16 girls and 14 boys between the ages of 3 and 15 landed in the capital Moscow, said Anna Kuznetsova, children's rights commissioner of the Russian government.
Kuznetsova said over 120 under-age children whose parents belonged to Daesh currently languished in similar situation.
