Saudi king receives credentials of new Turkish envoy

Kok replaces Yunus Demirer, whose tenure in Saudi Arabia ended in December

DOHA (AA) – Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz on Monday received the credentials of new Turkish ambassador Erdogan Kok, according to the official SPA news agency.

Kok replaces Yunus Demirer, whose tenure in the oil-rich kingdom ended in December.

SPA said a number of new ambassadors also presented their diplomatic credentials to the Saudi monarch, who wished them success in bolstering relations between Saudi Arabia and their countries.
