Serbian playmaker guard Milos Teodosic joins Crvena Zvezda

36-year-old basketball player signs 1-year deal Serbia's Red and Whites

ANKARA (AA) – Serbian playmaker guard Milos Teodosic joined his home country's Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet Belgrade on Tuesday, the club announced.

In a statement, the Belgrade-based basketball club said that Teodosic, 36, a former Olympiacos and CSKA Moscow guard, signed a one-year contract with the Red and Whites.

Teodosic arrived from Italy's Virtus Segafredo Bologna, where he played for the past four seasons. During his time with Virtus, Teodosic won the 2022 7DAYS EuroCup title.

Before his move to Italy, he helped CSKA Moscow win the 2016 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague.

The 2010 EuroLeague MVP won silver medals with Serbia at the 2014 FIBA Basketball World Cup, 2016 Olympics, and EuroBasket 2009.

Teodosic also played for NBA's Los Angeles Clippers.
