ANKARA (AA) - Spanish defender Marc Bartra will join Trabzonspor, the Turkish club announced on Sunday.
"Hi Trabzonspor family! I'm on my way to Trabzon. Can't wait to see you," Bartra said in a video published on the official account of the Trabzon club. He then used the familiar quote of Trabzonspor fans "Bize her yer Trabzon!"
Marc Bartra, who previously played for Borussia Dortmund and Barcelona, has seven goals and two assists in 146 games for his current club, Real Betis.
The 31-year-old player bagged two UEFA Champions League (2011, 2015), one FIFA Club World Cup (2015) and five Spanish La Liga titles (2010, 2011, 2013, 2015, 2016) with Barcelona. He also won one German Cup in 2017 with Dortmund.
Bartra has one goal in his 14 caps for Spain.
