ANKARA (AA) – Turkey’s foreign minister and his Chinese counterpart had a phone call on Monday focusing on the worldwide COVID-19 outbreak, a diplomatic source said.
Mevlut Cavusoglu and Wang Yi discussed the fight against the coronavirus outbreak and cooperation on vaccination, said the source, who asked not to be named due to restrictions on speaking to the media.
In a separate phone call, Cavusoglu spoke with his Belgian counterpart Sophie Wilmes, the source added.
No details of the conversation were given.
