ANKARA (AA) – Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu on Wednesday congratulated his newly appointed counterpart in Montenegro, Djordje Radulovic.
Cavusoglu spoke with Radulovic to offer his good wishes, according to diplomatic sources, who asked not to be named due to restrictions on speaking to the media.
Radulovic was named to the top diplomat’s post in the Balkans country earlier this month.
