WASHINGTON (AA) - President Donald Trump said Monday that he will be involved "indirectly" in nuclear talks between the US and Iran.
"I'll be involved in those talks indirectly, and they'll be very important," Trump told reporters en route to Washington when asked what he is expecting from the negotiations in Geneva on Tuesday.
"We'll see what can happen," he added.
He said Iran wants to make a deal.
"I don't think they want the consequences of not making a deal. They want to make a deal," he added.
