Turkey, Uruguay sign customs cooperation agreement

Turkish trade minister, Uruguayan foreign minister meet in capital Ankara, discuss bilateral trade ties

ANKARA (AA) - Turkey and Uruguay signed a customs cooperation agreement, Turkish Trade Minister Mehmet Mus announced on Monday.

Mus met with Uruguayan Foreign Minister Francisco Bustillo in the capital Ankara and discussed bilateral trade ties.

"At the end of the meeting, we signed the Agreement Regarding Cooperation and Mutual Assistance in Customs Matters," the Turkish minister wrote on Twitter.
