ISTANBUL (AA) - Turkey's benchmark stock index closed the day at 95,394.24 points with a drop of 0.13% on Thursday.
Borsa Istanbul's BIST 100 index started the day at 95,730.34 points. As of closing, it lost 127.87 points from Wednesday's close of 95,522.11 points.
The price of one ounce of gold was around $1,494.00 by market close, down from $1,501.60 at the previous close, according to data from Borsa Istanbul's Precious Metals and Diamond Markets.
The price of Brent crude oil was around $59.95 per barrel as of 6 p.m. (1500GMT) on Thursday.
