ANKARA (AA) - Turkey's vice president on Thursday received Paraguay's foreign minister in the capital Ankara, according to presidential sources.
Fuat Oktay met with Paraguay's Luis Alberto Castiglion and an accompanying delegation in the presidential complex, said the sources, who asked not to be named due to restrictions on speaking to the media.
The meeting was closed to the press.
