ISLAMABAD, Pakistan (AA) - Turkey's air chief Gen. Hasan Kucukakyuz on Wednesday met his Pakistani counterpart in capital Islamabad, an official said.
Kucukakyuz was received by Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan at the air force headquarters and presented a guard of honor.
According to a statement issued by Pakistan Air Force, the visiting official laid a wreath at a monument to pay homage to martyrs.
The top officials discussed matters related to regional security and areas of mutual cooperation during the meeting, the statement further said.
Both sides pledged to further cement cordial relations between the two air forces.
