Turkish archery courses offered in Kazakhstan

45 trainees receive archery certificate during ceremony in Astana

ASTANA, Kazakhstan (AA) - Turkey's Archers Foundation and the Yunus Emre Institute (YEE) offered archery courses in the Kazakh capital Astana.

A total of 45 trainees on Wednesday received a certificate during a ceremony.

Turkey's Ambassador to Astana Nevzat Uyanik, Yunus Emre Turkish Cultural Center's deputy director Almagul Isina attended the ceremony .

In his speech at the ceremony, Uyanik said the cources were held for the first time in Astana and took three months.

Two successful trainees will participate in the archery competition to be held in Turkey in July, Isina said.
