ISTANBUL (AA) – During an official visit to the West African nation, the head of the Turkish Defense Industries Secretariat discussed cooperation in the defense industry with Senegal’s chief of General Staff.
The meeting between Haluk Gorgun and Gen. Mbaye Cisse focused on developing existing cooperation in the defense industry and increasing joint efforts for new projects, said a secretariat statement.
“The defense industry cooperation between Türkiye and Senegal will continue to strengthen and progress in line with the shared vision of the two countries,” the statement added.
