ISTANBUL (AA) - Türkiye's National Defense Minister Yasar Guler received Lt. Gen. Orkhan Sultanov, the head of Azerbaijan’s Foreign Intelligence Service on Wednesday, the Turkish National Defense Ministry said in a brief statement.
