ISTANBUL (AA) - Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan on Sunday held a phone call with his Omani counterpart Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi to discussed the latest situation in the Middle East.
According to information obtained from Turkish diplomatic sources, Fidan spoke over the phone with his Omani counterpart Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi as part of efforts to find a solution to the crisis in the region.
The US and Israel launched an attack on Iran on Saturday, killing several top officials, including supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. Tehran retaliated with drone and missile strikes that hit several Gulf countries.
