Turkish president meets with Croatian, Slovenian counterparts in New York

Meetings held behind closed doors at newly opened Turkevi Center

NEW YORK (AA) – Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan met with his Croatian and Slovenian counterparts Tuesday in New York, where he is attending the 76th session of the UN General Assembly.

Erdogan’s meetings with Zoran Milanovic and Borut Pahor were held at the newly inaugurated Turkevi Center, or Turkish House, across from UN headquarters.

The meetings were held separately for about half an hour behind closed doors.
