ANKARA (AA) - Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and US President Joe Biden are scheduled to have a phone talk on Thursday.
According to a statement by Turkiye's Communications Directorate on Wednesday, the Erdogan-Biden conversation will be held at 1530GMT.
The phone call is announced amid the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war, which has drawn international condemnation and led to severe financial sanctions from many countries, including the US, on Moscow.
Biden Tuesday announced a ban on Russian energy imports, which includes crude oil, coal, and liquified natural gas.
