Türkiye's benchmark stock index closed Friday at 10,004.38 points, falling 0.77% from the previous close.
Borsa Istanbul's BIST 100 index lost 77.72 points with a daily transaction volume of 94 billion liras ($2.62 billion).
On a weekly basis, the stock exchange lost 0.99% as of Friday close.
The price of an ounce of gold was $2,857.59, while Brent crude oil sold for around $75.88 per barrel as of 6:43 p.m. local time (1543GMT).
The US dollar/Turkish lira exchange rate was 35.8594, the euro/lira exchange rate was 37.2632, and the British pound traded at 44.5339 liras.
