ISTANBUL (AA) - Türkiye's benchmark stock index ended Friday at 10,972.63 points, up 0.15%.
Starting the day at 10,966.50 points, Borsa Istanbul's BIST 100 index earned 16.58 points from Thursday's close.
The lowest value was 10,938.41, while the daily high was 11,015.70.
The market value of BIST 100 was around 10.2 trillion Turkish liras ($251.2 billion), with a trading volume of 102.1 billion Turkish liras ($2.5 billion).
Some 47 stocks on the index rose and 49 dropped, compared to the previous close.
Gold was $3,392.6 per ounce, while Brent crude oil sold for $66.50 per barrel as of 7 p.m. local time (1600GMT).
The US dollar/Turkish lira exchange rate was 40.6810, euro/Turkish lira 47.4840, while the British pound traded for 54.7650 Turkish liras.
