ISTANBUL (AA) – Turkiye's benchmark stock index closed the day at 2,042.08 points on Wednesday, up 3.14% from the previous close.
Starting the day at 1,978.62 points, Borsa Istanbul's BIST 100 index earned 62.24 points from Tuesday's close of 1,979.83 points.
The price of one ounce of gold was $1,810 by market close, down from $1,813.60 at the previous close.
The price of Brent crude oil was around $88.30 per barrel as of 6.30 p.m. local time (1530GMT).
