ANKARA (AA) - Türkiye's economy is projected to grow 3.9% year-on-year in the third quarter of 2022, an Anadolu Agency survey revealed on Tuesday.
The Turkish Statistical Institute (TurkStat) will release GDP figures for the July-September period on Wednesday.
A group of 15 economists expected an average of 3.9% growth year-on-year in the third quarter, hovering between 3% and 4.8%.
The economists also forecast that Türkiye's annual GDP in 2022 would grow 5.2% on average – lowest at 4.5% and highest 5.7%.
The country's GDP grew 7.5% in the first quarter and 7.6% in the second quarter of this year.
