ISTANBUL (AA) - Ukraine’s national railway company on Sunday reported that a technical failure put the company’s online services out of order.

A statement by the state-owned company on Telegram said that ticket sales via its application and website, as well as online ordering services and reference services, are temporarily not available.

It said that the company, until it restored online services, temporarily opened ticket sales at stations for all international trips departing on March 23 and 24.

Ukrzaliznytsia will ensure that Ukrainian servicemen, who need to urgently travel and cannot purchase tickets online, do reach their destination, it added.

The company did not clarify why the technical failure occurred.
