UPDATES WITH STATEMENT FROM HEALTH MINISTRY; REVISES DEATH TOLL, HEADLINE, DECK, LEDE; ADDS PUTIN’S REMARKS, MINOR EDITS

MOSCOW (AA) - At least six people were killed in an armed attack at a university in the Russian city of Prem, the Russian Health Ministry said on Monday evening.
Some 20 people were also injured, including nine critically, in the attack in Perm State University, according to latest information released by the Health Ministry.
Earlier, the Russian Investigation Committee had announced that eight people were killed in the attack.
Meanwhile, Russian President Vladimir Putin said in a statement that law enforcement will do everything possible to investigate this “terrible crime.”
The shooter was wounded and detained, according to the Russian Interior Ministry.
Condemned the attack, Turkey extended condolences to the Russian people over the loss of lives and wished speedy recovery to the wounded.
