UPDATES WITH HIGHER DEATH TOLL, CHANGES HEADLINE
ANKARA (AA) - An explosion occurred outside the gates of Kabul University on Friday, killing four people and injuring 10 others, said Wahidullah Mayar, a spokesman for the Ministry of Public Health.
According to Tolo News, the blast happened as students were waiting outside the university to take their exams.
Two vehicles caught fire following the explosion.
It is still unclear what caused the blast.
