UPDATES WITH POMPEO’S VISIT TO MIT

ANKARA - CIA Director Mike Pompeo arrived in Ankara on Thursday for his first overseas visit since taking office last month.
Pompeo was greeted at Esenboga Airport by U.S. embassy officials. His arrival came two days after President Recep Tayyip Erdogan spoke over the phone with U.S. President Donald Trump.
The CIA director later visited the National Intelligence Organization, also known as the MIT.
He is also expected to meet Erdogan later in the day.
