NEW YORK (AA) - U.S. stock market opened lower on Wednesday as concerns over geopolitical tensions continued to worry investors.
The Dow lost 31 points to start the day at 20,619 points, and the S&P 500 fell 5 points to open at 2,348 points.
The Nasdaq decreased 7 points to begin trading at 5,859 points.
Rising geopolitical tensions in North Korea and Syria continue to raise concerns for investors, who took a sell-off position in the stock market on Wednesday, according to experts.
