KARACHI, Pakistan (AA) – A fast food joint in Pakistan's commercial capital Karachi owned and operated by staff with speech and hearing impairments is attracting attention.

The outlet, run by Muhammad Noman, his elder brother, and six friends, who are his staffers, serves snacks such as fries, pizza, and chicken fillet burgers.
