ISTANBUL (AA) - The World Karate Championships will kick off in Spain's capital Madrid on Tuesday.
The tournament will be held from Nov. 6-11.
Some 1,200 karate players from 139 countries will participate in the championships.
From Turkey, 11 men and 9 women will compete in the tournament.
