South Korean warship catches fire, crew injured
Fire breaks out in auxiliary engine system of ROKS Hyang Ro Bong, 3 crewmembers injured

ISTANBUL (AA) - A South Korean warship on Thursday caught fire while entering a port in the southeastern city of Jinhae, resulting in the injury of three crew members, Seoul-based Yonhap News reported, citing the navy.
A fire broke out in the auxiliary engine system of the ROKS Hyang Ro Bong as the landing ship was approaching the port in Jinhae, some 310 kilometers (193 miles) southeast of Seoul, around 3.49 pm local time (0649GMT).
There were about 180 crew members on board at the time. One crew member with burn injuries was hospitalized, but the injuries of the other two patients are not life-threatening.
The navy has deployed all available resources to fight the fire, while the exact cause of the fire is yet unknown.
