Tsunami warning in Caribbean after 7.7 quake
Not immediately clear if damage, injuries sustained

ANKARA (AA) - A tsunami warning was issued for Jamaica, Cuba and the Cayman Islands after a massive 7.7-magnitude earthquake hit the Caribbean islands Tuesday.
The quake struck 117 kilometers (73 miles) northwest of the coastal town of Lucea, Jamaica, the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) confirmed.
The epicenter was located 78 miles north-northwest of Lucea and struck at 2.10 p.m. local time. The epicenter was a relatively shallow -- 6 miles beneath the surface.
It was not immediately clear if there was damage or injuries.
The USGS initially reported a 7.3-magnitude tremor but revised it to 7.7.
