Turkey strongly condemns 'heinous terrorist attacks'

ANKARA (AA) - The Foreign Ministry on Monday condemned the twin blasts in Afghan capital Kabul, which killed at least 21 people and injured 40 others.
"We learned with deep sorrow that many people were killed and wounded at a twin terrorist attack perpetrated today in Kabul," the ministry said in a statement.
The ministry "strongly" condemned the "heinous terrorist attacks" and wished speedy recovery to the wounded and conveyed its condolences to the relatives of the deceased.
At least 21 people, including journalists were killed and 40 others injured in two suspected suicide blasts in capital Kabul during the morning rush hour Monday, according to police and health officials.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the twin blasts.
