Turkish defense chief meets high-level officials from Kosovo, Iraqi Kurdish region
Meetings come as part of Yasar Guler's contacts at Antalya Diplomacy Forum 2025 in Turkish resort city, with Anadolu as global communication partner

ISTANBUL (AA) - Turkish Defense Minister Yasar Guler on Saturday met separately with Kosovo's Defense Minister Ejup Maqedonci, and Regional Development Minister Fikrim Damka, and held talks with Nechirvan Barzani, the president of the Iraqi Kurdish Regional Government (KRG).
The meetings came as part of Guler's contacts at the Antalya Diplomacy Forum (ADF) 2025 in the Turkish resort city, with Anadolu as the global communication partner.
During their meeting, Guler and Maqedonci discussed bilateral and regional defense and security issues, Türkiye's National Defense Ministry said on X.
No further details regarding Guler's meetings with Damka and Barzani have been released.
