Turkish defense chief meets Italian, British counterparts in Istanbul

ANKARA (AA) - Turkish National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar met separately with his Italian, and British counterparts ahead of a tripartite meeting in Istanbul.

Akar, Lorenzo Guerini, and Ben Wallace will come together at a tripartite meeting in Istanbul to discuss development in Ukraine, and security and defense ties among the three NATO allies, a Turkish Defense Ministry statement said.
