Turkish football body chief recovers from COVID-19

ANKARA (AA) – Nihat Ozdemir, president of the Turkish Football Federation (TFF), has been released from hospital after testing negative for COVID-19, the authority announced on Friday.

Ozdemir, 70, who has been TFF president since 2019, was hospitalized after a positive diagnosis last week.

He will remain in self-isolation and continue working from home, the TFF said.
