Turkish stock exchange flat at midweek's open
BIST 100 index earns 0.45 points at opening session

ISTANBUL (AA) - Türkiye's benchmark stock index opened Wednesday at 9,225.29 points, up slightly by 0.45 points from the previous close.
On Tuesday, the BIST 100 fell by 0.88% to 9,224.84 points, with a daily transaction volume of 82.6 billion Turkish liras ($2.15 billion).
As of 10.15 am local time (0715GMT), exchange rates stood at 38.5030 liras to the US dollar, 43.9850 to the euro, and 51.7519 to the British pound.
The price of an ounce of gold was $3,307.30, while Brent crude oil was trading at $62.50 per barrel.
