Turkish stocks open flat on Friday
BIST 100 rises 0.08% at opening

ISTANBUL - Türkiye’s benchmark stock index opened Friday at 13,889.73 points, up 0.08%, or 11.20 points, from the previous close.
On Thursday, Borsa Istanbul’s BIST 100 gained 0.5% to close at 13,878.54 points, with a daily trading volume of 170 billion Turkish liras ($3.88 billion).
As of 9.50 am local time (0650GMT), the US dollar/Turkish lira exchange rate stood at 43.9595. The euro/lira rate was 51.9305, while the British pound/lira rate was 59.2645.
Gold was trading at $5,195.80 per ounce, and Brent crude oil was around $71.25 per barrel.
