2 leaders speak by phone, according to Turkey's communications directorate

ANKARA (AA) – The Turkish and Ukrainian presidents discussed bilateral relations and regional issues Tuesday.
Recep Tayyip Edogan and Volodymyr Zelensky spoke by phone and discussed ways to improve relations, according to a statement from Turkey's Directorate of Communications.
