WASHINGTON (AA) - US President Donald Trump said additional talks with Iran are expected later on Friday.

"I'm not happy with the fact that they're not willing to give us what we have to have. I'm not thrilled with that. We'll see what happens. We're talking later. We will have some additional talks today," Trump told the reporters before leaving for a trip to the state of Texas.

His remarks came a day after the third round of indirect negotiations between the delegations of the US and Iran concluded in Geneva, Switzerland.

Trump said he is "not happy" with the way Iran is negotiating.

"It would be wonderful if they'd negotiate in good faith and good conscience, but they are not getting there. So far, they're not getting there," he said.

The president reiterated that Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon.

When asked if he uses the military now, would there be a regime change in Iran, Trump replied: "Nobody knows."

"There might be and there might not be. It'd be nicer if we could do it without (the military), but sometimes you have to do it with. We have the greatest military anywhere in the world. There's nothing close. I'd love not to use it, but sometimes you have to. We'll see what happens," Trump said.

Trump said he has not made a final decision.

Earlier on Friday, the US State Department authorized non-emergency US government personnel and family members of US government personnel to leave Israel due to "safety risks."

"In response to security incidents and without advance notice, the U.S. Embassy may further restrict or prohibit U.S. government employees and their family members from traveling to certain areas of Israel, the Old City of Jerusalem, and the West Bank," it said.

In recent weeks, the US has reinforced its military presence in the region and signaled the possibility of military action to pressure Iran to abandon its nuclear and missile programs and curb “its regional allies.”

Tehran has accused Washington and Israel of fabricating pretexts for intervention and regime change and has warned it would respond to any military attack, even if limited, while insisting that sanctions relief must accompany any restrictions on its nuclear program.
