YPG/PKK terror group kidnaps Syrian teenage girl in Raqqa

17-year-old girl kidnapped to forcibly join terror group

TAL ABYAD, Syria (AA) – The YPG/PKK terrorist group has kidnapped a 17-year-old girl in Syria’s Raqqa city to force her to join its armed ranks, according to local sources.
YPG/PKK terrorists rebranded as the Syrian Democratic Forces abducted Helen Ahmed Ismail in the Raqqa city center, which is occupied by the group.

The terrorist organization usually takes young people and children it kidnaps or detains to terror camps for armed training, barring them from communicating with their families.
YPG/PKK terrorists also do not allow forcibly recruited children to contact their families.
Images and news about child fighters are often featured in the media outlets of the terrorist organization.
In its more than 35-year terror campaign against Türkiye, the PKK -- listed as a terrorist organization by Türkiye, the US, and EU -- has been responsible for the deaths of over 40,000 people, including women, children, and infants.
