COVID-19 vaccine jabs given in Turkey tops 100M
Over 50M people got their 1st doses, some 39.5M fully vaccinated, according to Health Ministry data

ANKARA (AA) - The number of COVID-19 vaccine jabs given in Turkey has topped 100 million since an immunization campaign was launched in January, official figures showed on Thursday.
Over 50.81 million people have received their first shots, while more than 39.5 million have been fully vaccinated, according to the Health Ministry data.
Some 81.60% of the country's adult population has received at least one dose of a two-shot vaccine.
Turkey has also given third booster shots to over 9.2 million people.
